I have got to the stage where it is just best “not to think too much” otherwise everything starts to become a little overwhelming. I guess it is just my way of breaking the “vicious cycle” as you put it.
I do think, but I confine it to my work issues and that seems to help block out lots of the negative thoughts that are permeating at the moment. Good luck & keep well.

Thank you Debra. There’s always an option to choose where to put your focus so I suppose we need a little bit of both to balance out the scales!
